I have been a passionate sailor on the Swiss lakes all my life. The last ten years I raced and cruised the X99 'x-tasy' on the Lake of Constance.

During intense business years I dreamt about selling up and sail around the world. But nothing happens without a deadline and on my 35th birthday I started the countdown. 10 years to go, 9 years, ...

Not everything goes to plan and I set sail in automn 2006 before the countdown reached zero!
